This owlet is ones of the tiniest one on earth, and its easily to see at Fundo Alto Nieva, the place is between Amazonas & San Martin Region in Peru, there is a pave road from the nearest airport at Tarapoto City, 4 hour from this point. and also great places to see along the road for birding
