It is not possible to determine whether this is a common five-lined skink or Southeastern five-lined skink, as the distinguishing feature is the scalation on the underside of the tail, and both occur in this area.
This little guy was trapped in a bathroom, and unfortunately chose to dive under the open door as we were shooing him out - the gap must have been tight, and he decided to autotomize his tail at that point (which was something I was trying to avoid).
I got one photo of him inside the bathroom before he lost it.
