Cornus unalaschkensis
Western cordilleran bunchberry, bunchberry

Linda M pointed out (June, 2008 Mountaineers Naturlists Camp) to us that the flowering plants have six leaves, whereas the rest have four. THis one has only four leaves - but only two large leaves - whereas the bunchberry with no flowers do seem always to have four large leaves - well, something to investigate
