Description

This plant was purchased from native plant nursery in Arkansas. The only place that it is known to grow in the wild is in the Kankakee River, on an island near the town of Momence, IL. It started as one small stem with a few leaves and is growing and spreading quite healthily. Later in the summer there will be nickel-sized pink blossoms. I purchased it as I had lived in Kankakee Country prior to living in AR.
