This bird was called Little Hermit (Pygmornis longuemareus) when photographed in 1995. It is now Stripe-throated Hermit (Phaethornis strilgularis). I have not been able to get any nice photos of this species but I have posted two of the ones I do have. This bird was photographed at Rancho Naturalista, near Turrialba, Provincia de Cartago, Costa Rica on October 5, 1995.
