We were visiting a nature preserve that is situated along the border of Zimbabwe and South Africa and noticed this electrified fence, with razor wire, and then another row of razor wire--thinking, "No way anyone can cross that border." When suddenly a small troop of baboons skips right across it like it was child's play.
