What stroke us, and made us decide to post the observation anyway, is the pink color of a bird that normally is white and grey only. These pics was taken in the northernmost part of the Dakhla bay, usually visited by flamingos. Here flamingos show all the possible color range, especially across migratory seasons. Guess diet plays a role with this gull as well?
