Chukar quail between on South side of Spruce street between 36 and 37 streets. Someone emailed me and alerted me that this bird was seen Sunday and Monday morning in a fenced grassy area between the building that the sidewalk. It is moving with a group of pigeons and appears stressed. Bird is out of natural range. The Chukar was captured on 4/19/16 and transported to Schuylkill Center Wildlife Clinic where is recovering from dehydration and low weight.
