Several people and two DFW wardens were looking at this enormous nereidid stranded right by the end of the beach above the reef. They wanted to know what it was so I said, "Uh, some kind of polychaete worm?" since I don't know anything about polychaetes, but they seemed pretty happy with that. Still, I'd love to know what it really is. The Light's key sort of assumes you have a specimen in hand.
