extreme urban suburb of Bombay, India. About 3 to 4 inches in length, very slim, longish tail, very tiny limbs (almost disproportionately small). Blackish brown back with yellow border running on either side. Conspicuous red / orange tail. It was out in the open in muddy / concretized surroundings of a building at about 1 pm. This is almost peak monsoon so the Sun is not shining very bright and there is plenty of water / moisture / humidity all over.
