While walking on a back path that I am not sure the name of, I crossed a bridge that went over a small creek. I am not sure what the creek's name is either. Right there in the creek, at around 2:45pm EST, was a doe just wading and watching me curiously while I was observing her. She seemed pretty healthy, and did not mind that I was taking a bunch of pictures of her. She stood extremely still, and eventually walked into the bushes, where still standing almost completely still, she let me take a few more pictures of her. She was solitary. (I am not sure of the elevation of the place where I spotted the specimen.)
