Chlaenius (Haplochlaenius) costiger as suggested by borisb :
Trig. lew. is similar in ribbed elytra and coulors, but markedly different in:
wide head;
legs stouter and black;
elytra without fine hairs.
and belongs into another subgroup of Ground beetles than Chlaenius.
I assume, your beetle is C. (Haplochlaenius) costiger Chaudoir, 1856.
It is not C.(H.) flavofemoratus, recorded for Hongkong on reference site:
