Brown Leaf Chameleon (Brookesia superciaris) at Analamazoatra (Perinet) Special Reserve, Andasibe, Madagascar. Videotaped on 21 October 2005.

I think this identification is correct. Locally it was called "Earth Chameleon" and it was mentioned that it was a Rare species.
