Description

Fort Flagler's beach is always a good place to find Pododesmus macrochisma, or Green False-jingle Shells. This site calls them Alaska Jingles. I've never seen the live animals, only the shells. These are both upper parts of the shell, and the lower part has a hole. These are both about 2" diameter, a common size.
