Albicollis-like: abdomen is solid brown, only one row of horizontal thoracic yellow markings, yellow apex, base color of wings is yellow. base color of legs is brown with middle section of legs with a yellow mark.

There are several Megalopyge and Podalia species that are extremely similar as adults but not as caterpillars: M. braulio, M. albicollis, P. nivosa, and other undescribed or poorly known species. Through INat projects, I hope to parse out the geography of certain "Albicollis" like observations with certain features. less ↑
