About
This project seeks to document the diversity, distribution, and phenology of manzanitas (Arctostaphylos spp.) present in Southern California. These shrubs are commonly found in chaparral communities and occur at wide a range of elevations. Please submit close up images of stems, leaves, and new growth when possible in addition to general pictures of the whole plant.
