Piedra Lisa and Embudo Canyon lies on the western slope of the Sandia Range. It lies on the outskirts of the city of Albuquerque and receives visitors on a regular basis (perhaps even daily). I also happen to live nearby and climb up this canyon from time to time so thought I would begin to document the flora fauna in the area. Many people visit the area, with their cellphones, so please add your observations and tread softly. Also, please ask people to keep their dogs on leashes in order not to terrify the wildlife.
