To observe and document the flora and fauna in and along San Pablo Bay in California.

The geographical range of this project includes San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Area, San Pablo Bay Wildlife Area, San Pablo Bay Regional Shoreline, China Camp State Park, Point Pinole Regional Park, and any other areas bordering San Pablo Bay.

Hopefully we can collect enough observations and data to help scientists protect the health and diversity of wildlife in and around San Pablo Bay. If any scientists are interested in directing project members toward collecting specific types of data, please let us know.

The project curator is an amateur naturalist who is particularly interested in the dynamics between migratory animals and year-round residents as well as the distribution and impact of invasive species of plants and animals. Any direction or suggestions by professional scientists for how this project can be most useful is welcome and hereby solicited. Yay science! less ↑
