This is a survey of biodiversity in and around Hutchinson, Kansas (including South Central Kansas). This projected started with small groups of students in Organismal Biology and Honors General Biology at Hutchinson Community College testing the idea of using iNaturalist for surveys of local biodiversity. I continue to do this with a new project each semester for my students, and have made this project page into an open submission project for anyone to contribute to within the project area. less ↑
