Flourescence

Hi all,

I hope everyone is well and seeing squirrels at their feeders.

If you have flying squirrels at your feeders and a UV flashlight you might be interested in a recent discovery.

Soon, we will be starting capture and release studies and will update you periodically.

Thanks,

About

The status and distribution of the northern flying squirrel (Glaucomys sabrinus) in southern California is poorly known. Help scientists and wildlife managers by recording your observations of this rare and elusive species. While photographs are the best, please also post your visual observations and any sound recordings you may have.
