To record the locations of steelhead and salmon (both wild and hatchery), caught or observed in Washington State. Decades of declining numbers have resulted in several populations being listed on the Endangered Species List. It is therefore now more important than ever to record our observations and encounters with these iconic species of the Northwest. Harnessing the power of crowd sourcing and the iNaturalist technology will provide information that will be an invaluable resource for citizen scientists, fishermen, managers, and researchers alike. less ↑
