The White Lake Preservation Project in partnership with Watersheds Canada and the Canadian Wildlife Federation (CWF), would like to invite you to participate in a 2 day BioBlitz of the North Shore of White Lake adjacent to Wabalac Road (south east of Calabogie, off Hwy 511) from 3 pm on May 27 until 3 pm May 28th.
Experts will work towards developing a biological inventory of the property as well as leading guided walks. There will be a special night session on Friday from 7-9pm “Sounds and Creatures of the night”. A Children’s Program will run throughout Saturday, along with guided walks and a Community BBQ lunch from noon till 1pm.
