Description

Locality: NEW ZEALAND AK, suburb of Glendowie, Tahuna Torea Reserve

Habitat: Metrosideros excelsa. At back of beach on spit. Beating.

Identification: Euryphallus stigmaticus (Tillyard, 1923)

Habitat: Swards of long grass

Identification: Propsocus pulchripennis (Perkins, 1899) , brachypterous male

Elipsocidae is a family of Psocoptera belonging to the suborder Homilopsocidea. Member of the family have a free areola postica. Many species are apterous. The family includes about 130 species in 26 genera.
