Description

Looks like Boophis tasymena but there were many frogs calling that sounded like B. erythrodactylus. Found at night near the upper Ambatomandondona dam in Andasibe National Park.

Description

Male Boophis erythrodactylus found calling at night at the first stream crossing at Mananara Lodge near Anjazorobe, Madagascar.

Description from Wikipedia

Boophis erythrodactylus is a species of frog in the Mantellidae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
