Description

This is the one that got away because they jump like crazy. Lots calling around a puddle after the rain, must have tried 1000 times to catch one.

Leptopelis viridis is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo, possibly Central African Republic, possibly Chad, possibly Mali, and possibly Sudan. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, subtropical or tropical seasonally...
