Description from Wikipedia

Osteocephalus mutabor is a species of frog in the Hylidae family found in Ecuador and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, and intermittent freshwater marshes. This arboreal species breeds in temporary ponds and slow-moving streams. It may occur in slightly degraded habitats.
