This male, West African Arthroleptid frog (notice the 'hair'-like structures on the posterior portion of the body) was photographed in captivity in southeast Texas.

Description from Wikipedia

The hairy frog (Trichobatrachus robustus) or horror frog is a Central African species of frog in the Arthroleptidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Trichobatrachus. Its common name refers to the somewhat hair-like structures on the body and thighs of the breeding male.
