These frogs were observed during the day after a heavy rain around a shallow puddle outside of Arusha, northeastern Tanzania.

Two found in a grassland area, far from water.
We recorded approximately 60mm of rain on Friday and Saturday and I found it on Sunday afternoon underneath an old flat metal plate - the top of an oil drum that had been cut out.
