Description from Wikipedia

Synapturanus salseri is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is found in Brazil, Colombia, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and freshwater springs. It is threatened by habitat loss.
