Eurycea tonkawae, Jollyville Plateau salamander, albino. Well, albino but for what appears to be a small group of melanophores below the eye socket. I've seen 3 or 4 of these (among thousands).

The Jollyville Plateau Salamander (Eurycea tonkawae) is a species of salamander in the Plethodontidae family. It is endemic to Travis and Williamson counties, Texas, United States. This species is perrenibranchiate, retaining its gills throughout life.
