Several Rock Pigeons were living in holes in the outside wall of "The Rock of Cashel" which is a fortress and ancient church on a steep hill in Cashel, Ireland. I will also post an image of the wall where the birds were photographed as a side note.
Several pigeons were in the piazza. The one in the image was on the support structure for the obelisk on the upper side of the church.
