It was slightly windy and cloudy. It was a wooded area with small and large trees, compost leaves, and bushes.
I think these guys are bog lemmings, but they could be prairie voles, I forget how to tell the difference. Mother and juvenile, I accidentally ran them over.
The dark brown furry blur that fled probably can't be identified, but the tunnel and nest it left, under a flat board, is pretty cool.
