Specimen #: BBEL_0045, Collection Event #: BLIZ_003, Common Name: flatworm, Scientific Name: Pseudoceros sp., Magnification: 3x, Location: Smithsonian Institution's Field Station on Carrie Bow Cay, Belize
This 1" beige, blackish and yellow nudibranch with a cream stripe down the middle and frilly edges was visible in the low tide.
It was on top of the ledge-shaped reef. And it was really going fast!
I have (briefly) searched in the internet. All similar flat worms I could find had a different pattern of the orange spots, while the duoble central line was either single or oragne as well.
Any idea on the species?
