Growing near a seasonal creek.
Today was a rabbit filled day. Seen a bunch of brush rabbits and then this rabbit's foot grass.
I'm not very confident about this ID.
The plant was growing in an area that in spring becomes a pond. Now in August the pond is completely dry.
