Description from Wikipedia

The Dot-Eared Coquette (Lophornis gouldii) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Bolivia and Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest.
