Ruby-throat or Black-chinned because of the big drop in width going from P7 to P6. Ruby-throat based on the width of the outer wing feather,P10, being about 70% of the next one in, P9. Female because the wing tips are closer to the tail tip than males and P10 narrower on males. Dingy throat staining is presumably from feeding young???
