Description from Wikipedia

Strabomantis biporcatus is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is endemic to Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
