About the same size as a robin. Recognizeable by snowy white breast and chin, dark beak, and gray back of the head and back, tail, and wings. Listed as a mountain species in my bird guide, sited at the top of mt si, 4100ft elevation

Apparently West Coast grey jays look like overgrown chickadees. I thought this was a shrike at first.
