In some brush and low vegetation adjacent to the parking lot at my motel.
This is a juvenile Brewer's Sparrow, recognizable by the fine streaks across its chest.
Small flocks of Brewer's Sparrows were fairly common in brushy areas throughout the park. They were often accompanied by White-crowned Sparrows, and while not directly associating with the flock, There were also regularly Black-throated Sparrows nearby.
