The purpose of this project is to survey the animals inhabiting or migrating through and using resources in and around Lake Camanche (Camanche Reservoir). The Camanche Reservoir is an artificial lake located at the juncture of Amador, Calaveras and San Joaquin counties at the base of the Sierra Nevada foothills. It is part of the Mokelumne River watershed.
