Description

Observed at 09:45am (9 Jun '09) from Paradis Malahide in Gisenyi, Rwanda. ID confirmed by the IUCN Otter Specialist Group as Spotted-necked Otter (Lutra maculicollis)

I also observed an individual at 14:50 on 8 Jun '09 in the same general area - no photos.
