Well, I assume someone else added this picture to the taxon with a reason? How do you know I am right? Shouldn't there be an extra check?
If you're sure the photo doesn't show the species in question, then just go ahead and remove / exchange the photo.
If you're not sure, then flag the taxon (also under the Curation gear). There you can leave a comment and tag an expert in.

You can go to www.inaturalist.org/taxa/82105-Cantharis-pallida, then "Curation" -> "Edit photos" where you can remove the photo and/or select other photos for the species.
