We were in what might be an old oxbow on the north side of the river that was congested with aquatic vegetation. Green tree frogs were abundant, and were at least in the hundreds of individuals. There was little wind or cloud cover with a pretty full moon. A photo observation of a green tree frog from the main channel of the Colorado River will also be posted soon.
