Leggy shrub, about 2m tall. Autumn coloration. Located about 1m into wood line along main trail.

Description

Approximately 15m tall with a span of 8-10m. Bristle tips and furrowed bark typical of red oaks. Growing at northern edge of walking trail 200m into the barrens area. 3m North of trail prior to first SW turn in path. Flanked by dense Cedar/Oak-Hickory Forest.
