Female adult. Likely looking for nesting location
Blanding’s turtle attempting to dig nest in same area of yard as last year’s Blanding’s turtle nest. Rear right foot is partially deformed; unsure whether this is congenital or the turtle was attacked. No visible injuries and the area is healed, but there are no toes or claws.
Someone saw this turtle and sent me the photo. Unfortunately only the one picture taken. I think it’s a blandings
Helped it across the road - beautiful! (I know I brought it to the correct side. It was 3/4 of the way across and I just gave it the extra distance it needed to close.)

Specimen photographed and released. Caught along with another young male T. radix (DRD-0892).
He has 5 lines from head to tail. Tail is darker than rest of body. Grey in color with black sides.
