Description

One of two sliders I saw in the lake. Probably red-bellied sliders (Trachemys scripta elegans), since it's a common pet, but I'm not sure. Whatever it is, it's not native. When I saw it I thought, Wow, western pond turtles in Lake Temescal! But was dissapointed to see the red ear. Alas.
