Description

Looks like a Multi-layered veil, but not so when sliced open. Cap has warts. Fine, well defined gills. Stem is slightly more slender near the base. Tiny white wiggly worms were living inside the Base. Growing in leaf mold. Had fallen over from the weight of the cap. Earthy odor. Solid white inside and out.
