I've been photographing moths coming to lights since 2003 and the diversity of moth species seems to be in serious decline. So far this year, the most plentiful moths coming to my sheets are these Tent Caterpillar moths, and Gypsy moths! Some nights, I have as many as a dozen of these on the sheet and little else. Very discouraging. Things are really changing this past few years.
