Some Rosy Conk (Rhodofomes cajanderi), photographed on the fallen log of a Coast Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) that I found along the Summit Trail at Portola Redwoods State Park in southern San Mateo County, CA. Identification is tentative, as I don't have any previous experience with this species. (Suggestions and corrections welcome!)
