Credit to professor Eckerman for collecting the pond sample it was found in on Feb 21, 2019 at 8:00 AM. Observed under 400x magnification and 1x zoom on the camera, except for picture 4, which was observed under 100x zoom with 1x zoom on the camera.
Found under a microscope. Weather is cool and rainy. Parts of the front move around and it is symmetrical
The organism I’m focusing on is at the top of the first image. The first image is at 100x magnification and the second is at 400x. This was on a wet mount, and it was moving around rather quickly. It was in a water sample taken from some stagnant water.

Possible rotifer swimming around in water sample brought from a ditch on Chesterfield near 51st.
It was swirling around when observed on the slide under the microscope. Looks like it has a possible tail.

It was found in a sample of pond water and then looked at under a microscope. It appeared clear on the outside,but on the inside was more brown.
